INSTRUCTIONS OF CARE:

Handwash cold water
Rinse with fresh water after each use (especially after salt water)
No fabric softner
High amounts of chlorine could damage your swimwear, neutralize any residual evidence of chlorine rinsing
Use mild detergent
Do not wring, soak or bleach
Do not tumble dry
Drip dry in shade
Do not leave rolled up wet
Do not iron
Do not use fabric softner
Do not dryclean
Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pulling to swimwear
Be careful not to wear light colored clothing over wet swimwear, some
Shades may bleed or transfer when wet
Fake tanning product will mark and damage swimwear
Some suncreen lotions and tanning oils may mark or damage swimwear.

If you follow these instructions you will have a swimwear for life.

EXCHANGE:

• You have 7 days once received package to exchange, no refund, exchange only.
• Article must be returned in perfect conditions: with the hang-tag, hygienic liner, bag and without use.
• As soon as received, we will make the new one and ship it back to you.
• Will take 7-14 days to construct and ship.
• You are responsible for paying shipping charges.
• Exchanges are processed upon fabric availability.
• No exchanges for size fit. (advice size chart before purchasing)

All accessories sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges allowed.

SHIPPING:

Order may take 10 to 15 business day to complete since made to order handmade, be aware of timing. Once completed it will be shipped next day,
After an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-15 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it's placed. Keeping in mind that this is just an estimate and it doesn't include weekends and holidays; your order will be shipped from Puerto Rico.
Ruseval Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered; customers are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Packages subject to customs may take extra time to be delivered, please keep this in mind when trying to estimate a delivery date. Ruseval Swimwear is not responsible for these or any additional shipping costs.
