EXCHANGE:

You have 14 days once received package to exchange, no refund, exchange only. Article must be returned in perfect conditions: with the hang-tag, hygienic liner, bag and without use. As soon as received, we will make the new one and ship it back to you! You are responsible for paying shipping charges. Exchanges are processed upon fabric availability.

All accessories sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges allowed.

SHIPPING:

Order may take 10 to 15 business day to complete since made to order handmade, be aware of timing. Once completed it will be shipped next day,
After an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-15 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it's placed. Keeping in mind that this is just an estimate and it doesn't include weekends and holidays; your order will be shipped from Puerto Rico.
